Canva is the best online tool out there for creating and designing social media content, whether it's in the form of static posts or video content like Instagram Reels, Tiktok videos and more!

Google Sheets

As we all know, Social Media Agency is mostly location-independent and this makes having a good team collaboration tool a good investment. Google sheets is a spreadsheet program provided by Google for free. Many social media agencies run their business on Google Sheets, from planning content for their clients to tracking client account growth, creating invoice PDF and more!

If you are not nerdy like me, don't worry! There are many templates out there to help social media managers to set up these tools pretty quick without technical knowledge.

Facebook Business Suite

If your client is active on both Instagram and/or Facebook, this app is non-negotiable. Not only it can help you schedule carousel posts (which usually have a higher engagement rate on Instagram); but it can also help you schedule stories and videos so you can stay consistent on the posting schedule.

However, this tool does not support scheduling Instagram reels at the moment. No worries, keep reading, we have a solution for that!

Google Calendar

Calendar App is best to use together with Facebook Business Suite. 

The short-form video is the most favourited form of content by social media algorithms, especially on Instagram in the year 2022. As you may already be aware, the video scheduling feature is very limited in most Instagram post scheduling tools. 

Hence, you'll need a calendar app that has the feature to push notifications to remind you on posting online at a specific date-time.

Bit.ly: URL Shortener

Bit.ly is a free online social media marketing tool to shorten your URL link. When it comes to social media links, it needs to be memorable so people can easily remember and type it into their browser instantly. This is especially important if you want to stay on-brand and professional on social media.

If you compare the below URL links, which one would you prefer?
